  1. Home
  2. Small Business Website in Edmonton

A small business website in Edmonton, priced like a fixed job.

One quote. Pages that are actually written. A form that lands somewhere useful. No monthly builder fee, and you own every file when it ships.

Why "how much is a website" is the wrong first question

Most Edmonton small business owners price a website the way they would price a sign — a one-time thing you hang up and forget. The site is not the cost. The cost is the five years after: the subscription, the plugin that breaks, the developer who disappeared, the form nobody checks, and the jobs that quietly went to whoever showed up first on Google.

So this page answers the question properly. Below is what each package includes, what it costs over five years next to a builder site, how long it takes, and what we need from you. Then you can decide with real numbers in front of you.

What every site we build has in common

Hand-coded, with no page builder underneath, so it appears instantly on a phone on mobile data. Mobile-first, because most of your traffic is somebody standing in their driveway. A Google Business Profile that matches the site to the letter, because a profile that contradicts your website quietly holds back everything else. And a contact form that fires a text to your phone within seconds — or, if you want it, lands straight in a CRM as a customer record.

What differs between the packages is how much of the local search work is built in.

Three ways to do it

Every package is a one-time, fixed quote. There is no subscription, because there is no software between you and your site.

Hand-coded vs. a builder

The builder's sticker price is lower. The five-year price usually is not.

What the first three weeks look like

1️⃣

Week one — we talk, then we write

A short conversation about what the site has to do. We send a fixed quote and a list of what we need from you — mostly photos and the answers to a few questions.

2️⃣

Week two — build and review

You see real pages on a private link, not a mockup. We fix what is wrong. Google Business Profile is set up in parallel.

3️⃣

Week three — launch and index

The site goes live, Search Console is connected, and the form is tested end to end with a real text to your phone.

🔁

After — it keeps working

Local pages and content are added over time if you have chosen that. Otherwise a text to us is the fastest way to change anything.

Straight answers

How much does a small business website cost in Edmonton?

We quote a fixed price after a short conversation about what the site has to do — how many pages, whether you need service-area pages, whether forms should feed a CRM. The quote covers design, build, forms, Google Business Profile setup and launch. There is no monthly software fee, because there is no software sitting between you and your site.

How long does it take?

A starter site is typically live in two to three weeks from the day we have your content and photos. That last part is the usual bottleneck, so we send you the list on day one.

Do I own the website?

Yes. The domain is registered in your name, the code is yours, and you can take it to any host or any developer. Nothing is locked to us. If you leave, you leave with everything.

Why not just use Wix or Squarespace?

For a hobby site, do. For a business that needs to rank in Edmonton and turn visits into phone calls, a builder site is slow on a phone, its forms go to an inbox, and the subscription never ends. Over five years the hand-coded site is usually the cheaper one.

Can you fix my existing site instead of rebuilding it?

Often, yes. Speed, structured data, form handling and local pages can usually be fixed in place. If a rebuild is genuinely the cheaper path, we will say so.

I am in St. Albert or Sherwood Park, not Edmonton. Does that matter?

Only in a good way. Searches in the surrounding cities have far less competition than Edmonton itself, and a properly written page for your city is the cheapest ranking you will ever get.

Tell us what's eating your week.

We read every message ourselves and reply the same day or the next business day. No sales sequence, no discovery-call funnel — just a conversation about what you actually need.
